Sponsor VegFest

Sponsorships and donations in any amount benefit Peace Advocacy Network, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and enable the organizers to continue to build and host future Phoenixville VegFests. The 2022 Phoenixville VegFest was our fifth annual event, attracting an estimated 8,000+ visitors.

The organizers reserve the right to decline ad content or sponsorships that do not advance the goals of Phoenixville VegFest.

Online & Social Media Ads ($75)

Website ads will be displayed on our website. This is an easy way to participate in VegFest if distance or timing prevents your business or nonprofit from traveling to Phoenixville to vend in person. Website ads communicate your support for VegFest and can even be used to provide an offer, discount or online coupon code. Each ad sponsorship includes at least one social media mention. Your company will need to provide a high resolution JPEG in these dimensions: 175 x 175 pixels or 175 x 350 pixels. Email rachel@peaceadvocacynetwork.org to get started after making your payment. 

Raffle Basket Donations (In-kind)

Donate goods, services, experiences or discounts in any amount for raffle baskets and swag bags! In 2019 we distributed swag bags to the attendees. This year we are aiming to hand out 100 bags!  In your email to the Organizers about your raffle donation, please specify the item you wish to donate in detail and provide an estimated value.
